Selfless Special Olympians

At a Special Olympics track meet, a group of athletes are running a race.  Suddenly, one contestant stumbles and falls.  Instead of completing their own race, the others all stop and help him. One girl with Down Syndrome kneels beside him, kisses his injured knee and says, "It will be all right."  All the athletes then link arms and walk to the finish line together.

The crowd goes wild, giving them a standing ovation that lasts for several minutes.

In God's eyes, it's not whether we win or lose, but how we run our race.
